SatCom Logistics’ Integration/Installation service provides a
“One Stop Shop” for our customers. We pride ourselves in the ability to offer system design and
engineering, equipment procurement, re-point services, field repair activities and complete turnkey

Our international network of engineering and system deployment specialists are second to none and all
team members go through a rigorous Qualification Process. SatCom Logistics ensures all personnel obtain
specialized training when necessary, prior to being deployed. Should it be required we provide remote
training to our field personnel, allowing newly hired specialists the opportunity to remotely configure
equipment in a controlled environment before working on active units.

SCL’s integration and staging lab area is comprised of multiple workstations. All workstations have
a full compliment of test equipment and other devices necessary to complete multifaceted activities.
Our RF test gear includes everything one would expect from a full service facility. From frequency
generators and counters to spectrum analyzers, capable of performing tests in all frequency bands up to 50GHz.
We understand the importance of documentation and ensure everything we do is backed by empirical data.
With that in mind, SCL has developed documentation ranging from Site Survey Forms to Customer Sign-Off Sheets,
ensuring seamless high quality turnkey services for all of our customers. As an example, our VSAT customers
find our Plant-in-Place documents extremely important since they can be used in future re-pointing efforts as
a method of reducing costs. Our logistical management documentation helps our customers conduct Mean Time Between
Failure (MTBF) studies, gather Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) statistics and ensures proper network/operational management.
